Document Requests - Can they be expedited?At this time, PA's "official" expedite procedure was suspended several years ago and has not been re-instituted.
Alternatives: For non-official uses such as exhibits for hearings etc. or for with filing documents in another state there is no alternative to the official documents such as good standings or certified copies.
For closings and other transactional uses, we offer an "unofficial" alternative. We prepare various affidavits as follows: -Good Standig Status -All Documents on Record -Filings Submission Status -Filing Approval Confirmation

The "add-on" fee for these affidavits is very slight and we have been issuing them since the Bureau suspended their expedite procedure so title and settlement companies are familiar with them and will almost always permit the official documents to be post closing items.
