Long Form Good Standing Certificates - Can they still be obtained?Yes, Long Form Good Standings still exist but they can only be issued under certain circumstances. The restrictions are mainly the result of the Corporation Bureau's computer switch back in 2005. If the company has filings on both side of the Sept. 2005 computer system switch date then LFGS's cannot be issued. If the history is fully on one side or another of that date, then LFGS's CAN be issued. For those instances where the LFGS cannot be issued there is something of a work around so give us a call.
